Payment/Refund Policy

Exhibit space must be reserved with a full payment to IAFP before 10 April 2012. Cancellation of reserved exhibit space must be submitted in writing to the Assistant Director. Cancellations before 10 April 2012 will receive a full refund. On notifications of cancellation received after 10 April 2012, a €250 processing fee will be charged. After 10 April 2012, no refunds will be made by the Association. Instructions for complimentary registrations will be sent after payment is received.
