Payment/Refund Policy
Exhibit space must be reserved with a full payment to IAFP before 3 April 2013. Cancellation of reserved exhibit space must be submitted in writing to the Assistant Director. Cancellations before 3 April 2013 will receive a full refund. On notifications of cancellation received after 3 April 2013, a €250 processing fee will be charged. After 3 April 2013, no refunds will be made by the Association. Instructions for complimentary registrations will be sent after payment is received.
