Abstract
The field of food safety continues to change and evolve. Accordingly, it is critical that today’s food safety professional stay informed of the latest trends and science. This symposium will cover a host of hot topics ranging from an update on the current status of avian influenza and what it means to the food industry, to trends concerning outbreaks of non O157:H7 E. coli in Europe and the potential implications for other parts of the world.
