We are pleased to report the sucess "IAFP Symposium on Food Safety" that was held in Prague, The Czech Republic on 11-12 October 2005. Seventy-one people attended, representing 20 countries. International experts delivered presentations and entered into a roundtable discussion on the topic of "Recontamination Issues in the Food Industry."
