Spouse/Companion registration applied to a non-industry spouse or companion accompanying a fully paid registrant to the conference.
Awards Banquet tickets are not included with one-day, spouse/companion or children's registrations and must be purchased separately.
Registration fees, less a $50 administration fee and any applicable bank charges, will be refunded for written cancellations received by July 12, 2013. No refunds will be made after July 12, 2013. However, the registration may be transferred to a colleague with written notification. Refunds will be processed after August 5, 2013.
Event and extra tickets purchased are nonrefundable.
