COVID Information

IAFP’s European Symposium will be in-person in Munich. There will not be a virtual component.  All presenters and attendees must attend the event.

We will adhere to recommended protocols and guidelines from leading health organisations and local agencies to ensure the health and safety of our event attendees and staff.

Currently (updated 22 April), proof of full vaccination (or proof of a negative COVID test within 24 hours or proof of recovery) is required by the hotel for entry.  Masks are not required to be worn in the hotel, but are recommended except when eating or drinking.

In the event that new regulations are enacted that prohibit the physical event from taking place, we would communicate the revised plan to attendees.
