Affiliate Communication Materials Award

Awarded to the Affiliate distributing high-quality communication materials to their general membership on a regular basis with informative content and attractive layout.

Award Criteria

The Affiliate Communication Materials Award is given to the Affiliate distributing high-quality communication materials to their general membership on a regular basis with informative content and attractive layout. The award consists of a mounted certificate.

Selection Method and Criteria

The selection committee will consist of the chair, past chair and secretary of the Affiliate Council. The committee will judge the Affiliate’s communications to their general membership based on printed samples of their written communications (newsletters, email blasts, screenshots of website, etc.) submitted along with a brief explanation (500 words or less) on Attachment B of the Affiliate’s annual report of why the Affiliate deserves this award. If they have one, the Affiliate’s website will also be viewed and evaluated as a regularly updated communication tool.
