Webinar Proposals

IAFP invites Members, Committees, Professional Development Groups (PDGs), Affiliates, and industry professionals to submit webinar proposals that encourage knowledge sharing, advance food safety practices, and support professional development.

Webinar Topics and Submission Guidelines
We welcome proposals covering a broad range of food safety topics, including emerging challenges, scientific advancements, best practices, innovative approaches, and lessons learned from real-world experiences.

All submissions are reviewed by IAFP's Webinar Committee to ensure content aligns with IAFP’s mission of Advancing Food Safety Worldwide® and proposals follow these general guidelines:

Webinars prioritize education and professional development.
Content must remain objective, scientifically grounded, and relevant to the broader food safety community.
Webinars may not be used to advertise companies, promote commercial products or services, or solicit business. Presenters must comply with IAFP's Policy on Commercialism.
Webinars are typically one hour in length and scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
