The Korean Society of Food Hygiene and Safety (KoSFoS) invites food safety researchers and professionals worldwide to the 2026 International Conference on Food Safety & 41st KoSFoS Annual Meeting, to be held at Haevichi Hotel & Resort in Jeju, Republic of Korea.

Under the theme “Preparing Food Safety Systems for the Age of AI,” the conference will provide an international forum for sharing recent advances in food safety and risk assessment, food microbiology and foodborne pathogens, detection and control technologies, AI and digital innovation in food safety, sustainable food systems and One Health, and food safety policy and regulation.
