9th International Food Safety Congress

The 9th Turkish Food Safety Congress will be held at the Grand Cevahir Hotel Convention Center on 5-6 November 2026, in Istanbul, Turkey. Together with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Ministry of Health, the relevant public institutions, universities, professional organizations, sector representatives, and civil society organizations, participants will have the opportunity to evaluate the developments together by focusing on both today and the future.
