IAFP is proud to take part in FoodMicro 2026, September 7-10, 2026, in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The 31st international conference of the International Committee on Food Microbiology and Hygiene (ICFMH), FOODMicro2026, will be held September 7–10, 2026.

Theme: “Revisiting the Roots: Reviving Hygiene in Advancing Food Microbiology”
This year’s theme highlights hygiene as the cornerstone of food microbiology,
emphasizing its critical role in ensuring safe food processes and final food safety
and quality. Our goal is to bring together global food (microbiology) experts,
researchers, regulators, consumers, and industry professionals to share insights,
experiences, and the latest advancements in sustainable food production, food
safety, and public health.
