Today’s workforce looks very different than it did even a decade ago. Multiple generations are now working side by side, bringing different expectations around communication, leadership, training, technology, accountability, and what it means to feel valued at work. In food safety, these differences can directly influence how employees receive training, respond to leadership, report concerns, and ultimately engage with the organization’s food safety culture.
