The purpose of this Pre-IAFP Annual Meeting webinar is to ensure that attendees are well-prepared and informed for the upcoming event in New Orleans. They will also be introduced to the major themes of the meeting, allowing them to identify priority topics and plan their engagement accordingly.

In addition, the webinar will familiarize attendees with the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and the meeting app, ensuring a seamless and efficient on-site experience. The session will also provide an opportunity to address questions, clarify logistical details, and offer practical recommendations so attendees feel fully prepared.

Beyond these core objectives, the webinar will cover important topics such as travel logistics, conference etiquette, program highlights, family and exhibitor information, and key events including the Welcome Reception and networking opportunities.
