Small food processors often face challenges accessing adequate training, which can negatively impact consumer safety and limited compliance with regulations and audit success. Interactive tools such as virtual labs, games, and VR offer engaging ways to deliver food safety training, yet few studies have evaluated their effectiveness. This study examines an interactive module designed to provide accessible Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training for small processors. Using a retrospective preand post-survey, results showed statistically significant improvements in participants’ perceived knowledge of food safety practices and strong engagement with the module.
